CREW AGENCY

NEEDED DOCUMENTS :

I. All applicants except additionally sertificates according to them rank and the type of the vessel for which they applied for,also must have:

        A. Passport
        B. Seaman’s passport
        C. Licence and Endorsment issued and certified from Ministry of Transport
        D. IMO certificates (look at section II)
        E. Additional certificates needed for deck oficers( look at section III )
        F. Additional sertificates needed for marine staff for tankers (look at section IV )
        G. Additional sertificates needed for marine staff for chemical tankers (look at section V )
        H. Documents and sertificates needed for positions out of the universal criterions(look at section VI )
        I. Medical report

II. IMO Certificates:

        Personal Survival Techniques STCW 78/95
        Competency in Advanced Fire Fighting STCW 78/95
        Emergency First Aid STCW 78/95
        Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities STCW 78/95
        Proficiency in Survival Craft And Rescue Boat STCW 78/95
        Proficiency in Survival and Medical Care on Board STCW 78/95

III. Additional sertificates for deck officers:

        Operational Use of ARPA
        RADAR Observation
        RADAR Plotting

IV. Additional sertificates for marine staff for tankers

        Oil Tanker familiarization STCW 78/95 - for all
        Advanced Training on Oil Tanker operation
        Dangerous cargo endorsement

V. Additional sertificates for marine staff for chemical tankers:

        From section IV.1 and in IV.2
        Chemical tanker familiarization STCW 78/95 –for all
        Advanced Training on Chemical tanker operations STCW 78/95 – for officers.
        Dangeros cargo endorsement - for officers

VI. Documents and sertificates needed for positions out of the universal criterions:

        Chief Engineer-marine experience on main engines over 10 000 KW
        1st,2nd,3rd Engineers sertificate for licence,endorsement over 3 000 KW.
        El.Engineer- sertificate for licence,endorsement over 750KW
        Bosun- sertificate for licence,endorsement for rating of a navigational watch officer fifth fourth degree.
        Pumpman- sertificate for licence,endorsement for Motorman.
        Fitter-sertificate for hight level.
